Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Grid AI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Grid AI platform (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, country, organization, and role, provided when an account is created or an invitation is accepted.

Usage and metering data: records of the workloads you run or serve, resource consumption, timestamps, and billing entries.

Payment information: processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card or bank details ourselves.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and logs and telemetry generated as you use the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and secure the Service; to schedule and meter workloads; to process payments and payouts; to communicate with you; to prevent abuse and comply with law; and to improve the Service.

3. Workloads and Provider Hardware

Workloads you submit are executed on hardware operated by independent Providers. The data and code in a workload are transmitted to, and processed on, that Provider’s machine, whose operator retains physical control of it. Do not submit sensitive data to standard compute. See our Terms of Service for details.

4. How We Share Information

Service providers: payment processors, hosting and infrastructure vendors, and similar processors acting on our behalf.

Providers and Consumers: to operate the marketplace, limited information is exchanged between counterparties as necessary to run and account for workloads.

Legal and safety: where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. International Transfers

The Service operates across regions, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under the age required to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
